Pairing you with the right team of vendors
Identify professional vendors within each category, based on your budget and needs
Verify vendor availability
Arrange and attend vendor meetings if needed
Contract review
Vendor payment schedule and alters
Oversee all vendor commitments
Coordinate logistics with venue and vendors
Vendor payment (making sure all vendors have been paid ad send invoices to clients)
Deliver final payment and/or gratuities to vendor
Final vendors confirmation scheduled a week prior to wedding date confirmed
Oversee reception site (insuring that all items are accounted for)

(this price is based on 6 hours or less of set up time each additional hour $100.00)

Additional Decorating options
$150.00 per hour with a minimum of two hours
Client would need to get a list of decorations and decoration locations
Client would be responsible for having all decorations on property ready
1 hour client meeting 1 week prior to the wedding to discuss in person and get all questions answered, (no changes aloud after meeting.) Must have someone show decorator will everything is day of wedding.
Decorator will arrive at the appropriate time to get everything for reception decorated and done by the time the ceremony starts.
(If there is a time limitation for decorating additional assistant will need to come aboard, each additional assistant is $50.00 an hour, up to 4 hours of decorating)

Securing your ideal venue
Location scout for ceremony and reception sites that meet budget and stylistic needs-includes research, review, coordinate appointments and in-person visits-(in person visit for two locations)
Clean up of ceremony location decorations and trash by hired wedding coordinator and staff-example (programs, flower décor, aisle petals
$175.00 for 1.5 hours
Clean up of Reception trash and decorations at the end of the night based on 3 hours- (this is a discount package and is only available if you have booked reception coordination package.)
Bussing and cleaning throughout the reception
$50.00 per hour
Coordinators hourly fee is $150.00 outside of a wedding package
All packages include one head coordinator for a minimal decoration set up and coordination of wedding. If you have a wedding that needs extensive set up of decorations additional assistance will need to come aboard. With a larger venue location there is requirement of two additional assistant coordinator based on guest count, this is to be determined by the head wedding coordinator. It is an addition $100.00 per needed assistant.
